CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card is required to schedule any appointment with Veronica Vaughan / Elite Beauty. ⸻ DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS Permanent Makeup (PMU) Services A $150 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all semi-permanent makeup services at the time of booking.     •    This deposit reserves your appointment time.     •    The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.     •    Deposits cannot be transferred to another date, person, or service type. Lash Extension Services A $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all new lash extension services at the time of booking.     •    This deposit reserves your appointment time.     •    The deposit will be applied toward your total lash service cost at checkout.     •    Deposits cannot be transferred to another date, person, or service type. ⸻ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY PMU Appointments – 72 Hours Required A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any permanent makeup appointment.     •    Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the full service price to the card on file.     •    All deposits will be forfeited. Lash Extension Appointments – 48 Hours Required A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lash extension appointment.     •    Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the full service price to the card on file.     •    All deposits will be forfeited. ⸻ NO-SHOW POLICY A client is considered a no-show if they fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice.     •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service price to the card on file.     •    All deposits will be forfeited.     •    No-show clients will lose booking privileges and will no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments with Elite Beauty. ⸻ NO-REFUND POLICY All deposits and service payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:     •    Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies     •    Change of mind     •    Dissatisfaction with results     •    Failure to follow pre-care or after-care instructions     •    Reactions to pigments, adhesives, numbing products, or aftercare products     •    Healed results varying due to individual skin, lash retention, or lifestyle factors Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. ⸻ AGREEMENT TO TERMS By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund policies outlined above. You authorize Elite Beauty to charge your card on file in accordance with these terms.
